Oxtail tacos today.... rub: cumin, mex oregano, garlic powder, paprika, s&p 
 
Seared in the CI skillet w/crisco, 1/2 cup of coffee to deglaze...then into Crock pot on low with leftover sauce from my Chili Rellano TD entry
