Got my cheese burger on the other night but had some leftover ground beefage to get rid of.
 
Normally mrs. blues snatches it up for her taco fix but she didn't want it and I didn't want it to go to waste.
 
80/20 ground beef in cast iron with onions, garlic, and some cheapass of unknown origin chile powder. 
 
On comal'd corn tore tillah's with red cabbage, a little shredded jack & cheddar mix, green onions and wang sauce (Frank's, granulated garlic, and Mexican crema)
 

 
Scovie recently coined the acronym PTSOE which is "put that sheeit on ever thang". So far I haven't found any thang I don't like it on.
 
These taco's were pieholed. WELL!
 

 
That's about does it for my meat consumption this month.
 
mrs. blues had me pull out a vac pack of pulled pork from the freezer for her to eat.
 
But then changed her mind after the fact and I didn't want to refreeze it after thawing so.....
 
Tossed it into Black Betty with olive oil, garlic, onion, and fresno chile, and sssshhhhhh!....man gravy!
 

 
Corn tortilla's and a little shredded scheeze is all you need.

I tried to not use it up too quickly but it was too dang guud not to.
 
Whoa dad!  TB sold his soul for the man gravy.  Have mercy,  I might have to make some bbq wraps of my own here shortly.  I just fired up the charcoal and have some ribs and some yard bird going on soon.  (Don't tell my oven)
 
I will, but I don't want to get you too anxious.  It will be with the leftovers.  Tonight is all about the Que.

That's how you do tacos! Fresh roasted salsa. Grilled meat. Boom.
 
The radish chips look thick try julienning them and putting them on the taco then squeeze lime. 
 
There's lime on them tacos I just didn't show it and I like my radishes on the side. I do dice the steak then put it in a pan with a little spices for finishing touches. And my kids like cabbage alot so we sub it for the onion because it gives it a nice crunch.
