I'm shopping later today and it will be a late night BBQ with the grilled carne asada. My brother has a house boat near you at the Tower Park Marina.
 
he goes there all the time on his days off. he lives in Oakdale and I live in Riverbank. Last year we fished allot near Rio Vista and caught allot of salmon from his fishing boat. We BBQ all the time in the late summer/early fall after fishing at T.P.
 
I have a fresh caught halibut filet in the freezer that my friend just recently caught....

Yes my habanero,mango with fresh apricots, honey , citrus from orange and lime with a dried ghost pepper for extra heat.
 
I had some leftover ground beef from hamburgers so I made some quick tacos with Sargentos cheddar cheese, cabbage and a moruga scorpion. I really didn't feel like cooking much and i'm glad I made these because even though they don't look that great they sure tasted good and were pretty damn spicy.

Thanks guys! I figured some of yall really like ground beef tacos so I posted it. I really prefer steak tacos but as TB says above, "Juice drippin' down your arm..." and it did just that. You don't get that too much from the steak tacos.
