My daughter loves them, just about every Tuesday. She has her own toppings, nothing spicy for her.

Yes. Wife made the dough, I pressed them and cooked them when I got home. With my daughters dance schedule, during the week my wife does most of the prep and the I have it ready for when they get home. Those were corn torts.

I laugh every time you mention the dance stuff, because Danielle watches that Abbey Miller show while I'm working, often ...

It's not that bad....yet. Keeps her active, busy and no time for her to get in trouble.

I still got a bunch of flour torts in the freezer. I put wax paper between each one and put them in a ziplock. That way can separate them easy and steam with a moist paper towel in the microwave.

I do the same when there are extras. They are still pretty good when reheated.
