i eat fish like you'd imagine a small child to ...

as a child, i wouldn't eat it at all ...

mom sucked at deboning flounder, and always dried it out in the oven ...

then one day i had fried snook ... and loved it.

now i eat grouper, snook, shrimp, lobster, and crab, i guess ...

i don't think i've tried tilapia, personally, but fair warning that some folks around here have INTENSE feelings re tilapia ... lol.

I think it's rather soft for my taste - prefer firmer fleshed fish.  Lots speak ill of it due to it's farmed conditions, etc.  Eff it, eat what you like.  :)

  tilapia can b e fine. im not sure what everyone thinks they are eating. Ive seen tilapia farms that are pristine as it comes. Then ive seen paulky post a fish stick samme and get al the craz in the world,lol. come on peeps. not all tilapia is bad.   what in the world do you think you are eating everytime you go anywares?  The drink fountain at your favorite "spot" has shit on the nozzle.  :rofl:  :rofl:  think about next time you get a coffee at a gas station/market. how many aids infected pigs just touched your cup top,lol.
