Danielle made it easy by cutting up romaine (I keep telling her romaine is for caesar salads and grilling only, but it's lost on her) ...
 
It's gotten such that I use the Searzall almost every time I eat. There's always some component that I can make a little better for being able to paint toast it ...
 
I've actually been making little Q's with it, I'll post it right behind this from my iPad ...

OK so I'm making some fish tacos today. I just did my cebollas curtidas I usually use red onions and apple vinegar, but none was available so I used what I had. The smoked pepper is a superhot provided by Hogleg not sure what kind it is. End results . I will update this post when I start to prepare my tacos I muse let the onions sit for an hour atleast. I have the fish marinating in a paprika, Mexican chili powder, salt rub with olive oil
