Pretty sure rairdog's never had good mozzarella or good pizza after that statement. I can understand that though. Both are hard to find. Heck, even here it's a crapshoot. ;)

Haven't tried it but I should.

Are you fucking serious? ... dude ... Lactaid Milk and Lactaid covers the GI aspect and covers most hard cheeses and mozzarella pretty well ...

It falls short of American Cheeze, soft cheeses, and actual milk (non-Lactaid milk, anyways) ...

I highly recommend Lactaid.

There are somethings that I won't eat without Lactaid ...

Also, Beano ...

Lactaid and Beano can change a person's life.

GOOD pizza is very subjective. If only I had a dollar for every, " that's the best pizza place " , I have heard in my lifetime. Different strokes for different folks.

This is very true, so many places out here people chime as the best pizza and I'd say pizza hut was better.

I'm more talking about the mozzarella though. It was not a dig at rairdog, because a lot of people have not have good mozzarella. So if he hates the taste because it's like flour water or whatever I would ask he try fresh made mozzarella where you get it and they made it that morning. If you still don't like it, then that's fair, you just don't like mozzarella! :)

I would also say try scamorza as a tastier alternative. That shit rocks! A bit heavy for pizza so mix with a mild cheese.

I'm definitely not assuming Rairdog hasn't made cheese based on what I've seen dropped ...

Have you seen the sausage factory?

It's really about what you are used too and is subjective to your location.  I have had Chicago and NY pizza.  It ain't about whats good.   The stuff you grown up on and the family you keep.

Lots of Greek-style pizza here ...

I grew up, found the margherita, and will never look back ...

Pizza Napoletana for me.
