If we're voting (cause we're not) I'd recommend a true summer time TD.  One that doesn't focus on a dish per se but a meal.  First Friday of the month is the 3rd....

I don't know. My mom's broccoli casserole with crushed Cheez-it's on top is tough to beat.
 
My dad loves his big R burgers. Has burger, ham, cheeses and bbq sauce ... but I ain't being shamed on no burgers again.

yucky no no... and my damn allergies. I'd love to eat some new england clam chowder though or a nice lobster bisque . Ugh
