If this was 'italian'or mac n cheese td then of course that would be different. So is anyone down to make noodles? They can even be flat for lasagna. Or ravioli. Fettuccine ain't harx either juat roll it up and cut it.

Been wanting to make my own noodles for years but have never gotten around to it, I have a Noodle Mill and rack as well LOL.
