I'm still trying to figure out if I want to go extreme in both size and heat or just heat.  If I do the heat the way I plan, I don't know if I can consume a huge burger made that way.  Who knows?  We'll see.

I can't do extreme heat because the girls are eating it too. Hottest they can take are habs.

Gave the step daughter a piece of bhut dusted jerky yesterday and she acted like I poured firey acid down her throat.
