Wait, how the hell does  SEAfood throwdown include freshwater fish?  And I want seeds to one of them thar shrimp plants you got Joyner.

Um.... what freshwater fish are you referring to??? And whoever heard of FRESHfood as a term for freshwater creatures, anyway?

I was referring to the last line of the pinned thingy THP made at the top.  I dunno, just felt like stirring the pot.  Leave me alone.

Apparently Jay needs to do some more research.

I'm not popular enough either.  You have to ask Scovie or SoFlo for help.
Damn.  My feelings are hurt.  You won't be my Yoda.  Yeah........ i'm really going to use alligator. People will believe anything posted on the internet.  What's seafood again?

Seafood can be as broad as "all aquatic life, non-mammal" which would include gator, frog legs, sea turtle, sea urchin, etc. If you were at a steak and seafood restaurant, which section do you think these would be in?

However if you like we can limit it to:

Fish
Mollusk
Crustacean

Or we can do:

Fish
Mollusk
Crustacean
Aquatic Animals (non-mammal)

...but then see, some don't consider amphibians, especially those that spend a lot of time on land, as aquatic animals. Like gators.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooo I say we go with #1 as seafood.

Why do the aquatic animals have to be non-mammalian?
This instantly eliminates manatee and porpoise.
Thanks, Dan.
Way to screw it up for me.
