I've just found those at home then i used some pods to complete the opera. That's nearly a tomato oven bruschetta. I don't know wich cheese, i think some kind of Asiago plus maybe some other. That was very good.

The base for picadillo as i know it is usually onion, garlic, and tomato products, plus bay leaf and olive oil (and I throw in a LARGE amount of green olives...no raisins...absolutely not!) 
 
All of those things go well with fish...Give it a ride, TB. Let's see it!
