Lunch improvise with what I found in the fridge.

Patagonian oysters with lemon, shrimp, smoked Norwegian salmon and cream cheese tart.

I've tried the shrimp with horseradish. But only liking with fresh lemon juice. I can eat 2lbs and not realizing it. 
 
The smoked salmon, I do not like combined with wasabi (either with soy sauce), but mixed with mayo ... mmmmm good idea! 
 
I like oysters too so natural. proves ever bring them hot sauce (or spicy powder) 
 
Long ago, put tabasco sauce on oysters and too hide the taste of the sea that characterizes them.
 
Hey look what I just got!!!
 
A buddy of mine works on a charter fishing boat. 
These millionaires from all over hire him to catch EVERYTHING...Sharks, Dolphin (Mahi Dolphin, not flipper), Tarpon, Grouper, Snapper, Marlin, Swordfish, Sharks...he does it all. 
This time of year, they are pulling in Dolphin (Mahi Dolphin, not flipper....I'm tired of explaining that!!) by the boat load! 
 
And these rich guys are just on vacation to the Florida Keys, they don't actually intend to keep all this bounty....so he shares the wealth! Awesome!
A great guy, and a great connection to have (my wife bakes him cakes and pies in exchange). 
 
This was a random Thursday night drop-off. A whole bag full of fresh Dolphin that was swimming in the Atlantic just a few minutes ago!
