Got some whole wheat naan bread.
 
What to do?
 
Brown some garlic and lightly saute some little bella's.
 

 
Then saute some fresno's.
 

 
Open a can of anchovies in olive oil and drizzle the oil on the naan and load it up and top with some shredded parm.
 

 
Tho' it in the oven @350f for a few minutes just to warm it up.
 

 
Pie hole it.
 

 
Anchovies are good food.

Look at the steam coming off of the tilapia. The only seasoning is a healthy dose of 'not 7pot yellow', pepper and salt. 
 
Doesn't get much healthier, but I can't do this every night......

I'm trying to be on board with your tree-huggin' hippy cooking since I generally eat fairly healthy, but I'm struggling <geesh can't even pick the right fish for this hippie>. Maybe I just need a good bacon and egg taco and another few beers. Srry, no whiskey for me Scovie.

There was a day, 20+ years ago where I clearly had too much whiskey. Can't touch it any more. But beer and vodka can make up for it. Rum and Gin help too from time to time.

Yes! Grilled dolphin sandwich with a side of shrimp ceviche... I will have me some of that por favor.

I did up some shrimp tacos tonight.  Quick marinade in lime juice, canola oil, garlic, and old bay.  Seared em off in a pan and then topped them with a quick salsa (tomato, avocado, shallot, cilantro, lime juice etc) and some goat cheese.  I dusted mine with some of romy6's smoked kitchen sink powder.  Killer killer shrimp taco dinner!

Sorry TB.  I was literally dicing a slippery avocado while holding my 15 month old daughter.  Turning out that pit was kinda dicey.  I had to strap her to the highchair while de-veining the shrimp.  Wild night!   When the food hit the plate it was time to destroy.  
 
I picked up some nice U14/16 shrimp too...
