Rhubarb torte/pie.
Got lots of Rhubarb coming up so have made two so far.
 
Fife flour ground with Poppy seeds, Cloves and cinnamon. Buttermilk yeast hydration %75
Raisins added on the bottom to absorb the moisture, peaches on top and cheddar added at the end.

Thanksgiving Dinner.
 
Slow cooked Duck legs with Mexican Chilies, Ring of Fire and Chipotle.
Dried mushrooms soaked up the juices so everything nice and thick. Potato slices nice and crispy.
4hours 250f, 1 hour 350f.
