Proof of Life, usually it's a monetary denomination but in this case there isn't an actual one so I used a mini pumpkin   
 
This is most the ingredients, missing my meat component and the heat. Probably use el Scorponero as my hot pepper ingredient

Homemade andouille with pumpkin apple and herbs / peppers actually sounds pretty good. Make a gumbo and serve in mini pumpkins hollowed into bowls

Doing prep tonight and main cook tomorrow. Not enough time in my evening to wait on ... things. Porter not bad, a lil too much clove for my liking. Some chocolate, pumpkin mostly all spice n clove.

The superfood pumpkin is a real hit around our house. A simple recipe, each pup gets 50 grams in each of their two daily meals. They love it.
