Point well taken.
Note to self: If you eat nothing all day but couple of hot peppers and then a spicy dinner, the usual half an hour is not long enough to wait before going for a run! 
No rolfing, fortunately, but definitely had to walk a few times. No belly burn beforehand, but WOW after only about a quarter mile. Fortunately some yogurt afterwards is helping!

One newb to another, Hot Pooper - go look at a couple of the old throwdown threads. After all the pre-TD smack talk, you'll see THP posts the official rules (which includes the coinage), says "BEGIN", then starts a new "clean" thread where everyone starts the "real" posting. And look at some of those real postings to get an idea of what you're up against - although the vets are old and feeble, they've got some spark in 'em!Nope, not until The Boss says "begin!". They say the sincerest form of flattery is immitation. I just have to say how honored I am, touched even, at the number of vets who have gone in and changed the gender on their profiles to "Not Telling." It's rather amazing - decide not to complete your profile until some time when the world stops racing, and the next thing you know, you've started a trend..... yeah, you know who you are....
