This is a great dish , funny how it pops back up from time to time. Everyone should try it....

That looks like something they would flat tear up at the hunting camp! Copied and pasted that right into my "vault of great things"!
Tomorrow I will being doing 4 pounds of 3-2-1 smoked ribs and making this version of Trinidad Stew. Here is the beginning of what is to come...

Just had some over a small bowl of rice...trying to make it 7Pot Trinidad Pork Stew may have backfired! Boy oh boy it is HOT. 
Looks great !! If you over Potted the stew with a 7Pot .... eat slower ....
