This year I'm hanging a pork butt over top of the turkey should be a nice combo....

so, let me read into this.... as the heat rises, the pork butt fat melts, it drips down onto the already smoking turkey, giving the turkey that basted smoked bacon flavour.
 
if that is the case.........i'm..........i'm.......... well, i'm........ (the rest is censored!)
 
Hubby's doing the turkey this  year, and at the moment, its still under the running cold water to defrost.  Actually it's been defrosting all day, so he should be good to go for whatever he has planned for tomorrow. 
 
I'm looking forward to seeing how that butt-infused turkey comes out.
