Seeing as Photofhucket has removed hotlinking making all my previous posts void of Plancha pics, here's a new installment of cooking on my Plancha.

Ok now you have me hooked.  First of all, I would push someone's grandma to the ground for that bite.  Second, please excuse me for asking, but could you please expand or share link on this Scarlet Pain?

Scarlet Pain is an Awesome Sauce made by none other than Shorerider himself with peppers he grows :)

 Thanks for the compliments JayT, the steak was first rubbed with mustard then seasoned with my own rub mix. It was truly delicious.

Scarlet Pain is (as my good mate GIP has pointed out, thanks mate :P ) one of my own sauces. Without giving too much away, it is a complex sauce with summer fruits for sweetness and this particular batch contains 2079g/4.583lb of Red Jalapenos.

It's the spices that go into this sauce that makes it shine in my opinion. They are a great marriage with all the fresh ingredients, the end result is a fresh tasting , slightly sweet and most importantly complex sauce with a mild heat level

Only just a hobby for me at the moment, feel free to contact me if you are interested. I do believe you also once expressed some interest in one of my other sauces "Rocoto-Loco".
