sic's hunting a trouser snake? Nope sorry, Boss, Snipes are more like squirrels or chipmunks. It takes 3-4 people to flush them out of the woods into just the right spot where one person sits holding the catch bag.

And they are supposed to be excellent when breaded and fired like frog legs.

Well, this has been one of the most crazy-hard voting choices ever! So many gorgeous looking, and sounding, burgers! And sooooo many variables to choose from - mouth watering pics, out of the box creativity, homemade doodads, catchy titles....on and on! Each and every entry has ALOT to be proud of!!!!

But in the end, I'm going with Kat! If I saw that on a menu at a restaurant, I'd get downright giddy with joy! All of my favs between a garlic/rosemary kissed bun! Pure bliss in my world!!!!

Kat, I truly hope you'll keep throwin' down - you have the gift!!!!!

I ground my own meat.

Our meat was ground fresh at our local butcher shop, the buns (all 4 of 'em) were baked by HabbyHeat using fresh jalapeno, serrano and ancho-type chiles with parmesian (sic) on top, the sauce was made to order, each patty was seasoned to perfection each in its own way using fresh local ingredients when applicable, no extra foofoo, CLAUSSEN's pickles! (cus that was what was in the refer at the moment) ...totally NW inspired....


Oh, and btw, you didn't answer the question about using pre-shredded cabbage with carrots...
