geeme's comment is the most perceptive ... I focused on drinking beer, truth be told.
It was actually a lot more fun to cook for the TD since I've been brewing so much ... nice to drop the cleaning/sanitizing component from the weekend activity.
I maintained a nice healthy buzz during the waking portion of the weekend, cooked up some good eats, and didn't really piss off Danielle ...
Contrast that with the two burgers weekends ... both of those weekends I was whooped, and Danielle was pissed ... doubly so the 2nd consecutive weekend!
My original plan was to make tri-tip fajitas ... I had held some grilled Benton's bacon and half an grilled avocado for them from the BM cook ...
But I knew I could eat those for leftovers, and the bun was only going to be fresh that day ...
I was planning to kimmelweck the buns for the burgers when I choose them at the store, but I forgot that last night when I made the burgers ... oops.
So, that's what really happened.

Yeah ... the guilt of not having used the chamber vac and siphon caught up to me, and really, I need to figure out how to pull extracts of flavors into booze for my brewing activities \m/
Like Ashen said, I need to compress some watermelon or something, LOL ...
I plan to begin to use it to vac-store specialty grains, actually, so that's coming too!
