If you try and make the grouper I dont really measure stuff, but you can kinda just use your own preference on how much of this or that, it should be pretty spot on. the only key is mixing some guava paste with some guava nectar for some reason in the pic the chutney base came out a bit yellowish but the chutney is actually more pink.

actually theres quite a few sandwiches from this throwdown that I think Im gonna try and make just so I can taste the awesomeness :D
 
Yeah it's good. I order chicken and eggplant parm heroes a lot too bad they aren't combos or Buffalo style. Oh wells I'll just make it again for sure.
 
I didnt get a chance to do my second entry , I couldnt get a hold of the main ingrediant, I was gonna make something with gator meat, but the shop that usually has the gator meat was all out, I'll have to save the idea I had for a different throwdown :)

Sorry I didn't vote on this. I just noticed it now. Those are some tasty looking sammiches. I am not a fan of Philly Cheesesteaks, but Jay's looks damn tasty. Not to mention salsalady's grilled cheese trifecta. I would go with mel's comfort food, chicken parm because I am an italian fan. The curousity factor vote goes to Texas Blues Trinidad Scorpion cheese sauce. I would be scared, but I so would love to taste that. Great job everyone, and congrats to the winners.
