I'll make the poll on Monday during the day, and edit the initial post such that it will appear when the Burger TD polls is closed.
 
I think it'll be fun to get some more entries in, actually, as I know some folks will be grilling regardless.

Three hours and fifteen minutes of grill time ...

Internal 175-185F depending on position/thickness ... time to yank!

Into the oven for an hour or so to get after the collagen in a more gentle way than the 275F grill ...
