I went JayT.  He really put in the time and the effort to get the pho broth authentic and done right.  Pho is kinda like pizza in our house, even bad pho is still pho ya know?  I'd have been very happy to sit down to that plate and bowl.

GIPs hatch soup was a close second for me.  Also loved Hotstuff's pozole, D3s cheesesteak sammy and grass snake's grilled cheese perfection.  SL owned the comfort food angle for me, I'd eat that twice a week if the doc would let me.

As usual a hard vote to cast.  Glad to see this thread isn't descending into madness like the ultimate burger TD thread.  Great job by all though - thanks for taking time to share a part of your weekend with us.  :)

I have to throw a vote for JHP because it is what I would simply devour. It's the first plate I would step up to and by the pics, I would not be disappointed. The soup is off the chain but the sammie is simply perfect for my tastes. Pickle and all, which also helps break the heaviness of the creamy soup, and I love Thai, great combo! Cheers.
