Is the "mole" chili a joke I am missing? Looks like a killer chili to me, dried chilies and cocoa are normal there... no crackers or nuts or... just wondering if I missed something.

Unreal by everyone. I wish it could all be on a table to share. Between sausages, seafood, superspreads, chiles, dogs, beef, sammiches, etc. this would have been the most epic SB party EVAR!!!!! HnB got me with those cheese grits though. I wanted to eat that so bad (with some Benadryl for the shramps lol. And to finish it off with some pie. Yes please. I would toss the sweet tea for some coffee though

Truthbe known I'm not a big football fan. When I go to a SB party I can be found somewhere near the food. Although I feel the my dish best represents San Francisco, I mustgowith Salsa Lady for pure graze-ability. I would dip and dip and dip.

AWESOME JOB EVERYONE !!!!!!!!!

I gotta go with dragonsfire for this TD.  This was a very hard choice but I narrowed it down to both 1010 and DgF.

Both offered some amazing backstory about the history and origins of their food, but DgF really went the extra mile.  The guy meticulously labeled all of his ingredients in his photos and he calls prosciutto ham.

I want to congratulate everyone who participated.  You all did a fantastic job.  This was easily the best throwdown that I have witnessed yet.
