Walchit's Glog 2018

Well started germination yesterday, got a little carried away.

I'm too lazy to type out my list for you guys so here are some pics.

Sprouting these from Justin/whitehotpeppers

And these from the auction of labeled pods from Garth/texashotpeppers

Then there are these from trades and seed trains

I may have officially lost my mind! Thanks for stopping by.

I probably got lucky that we didn't have many April showers this year!

They are forecasting hail tomorrow, I'm a little worried.

Couple of the schwartzbeeren cot sunburned, I think this was the one my brother forgot to take, so it wasn't hardened off as much.

Growdown throwdown yellow brainstrain in a diy fabric pot. Pretty sure it's made out of those napkins they use at fancy restaurants

Planted so many plants today, hope they do good, I couldn't keep them watered outside in tiny pots.

Plants look fantastic. Great work.

The morels... holy mother of fungi greatness. I am envious to say the least.

Looking great, Andy! Dirt day! My plants weren't ready in time and now it's nothing but rain for the next week. I'll never get my garden tilled. But you're on it! Beds look fantastic! Scrumptious morels, too!

i saw this on imgur the other day and thought y'all would get a kick out of it

You have the gallon per hour drillers? I was thinking about those adjustable ones that spray like 6 little streams or whatever

Are you using drip or tubing and nozzles?  I just set up a system and used a 264HPH pump, 1/2" Poly for a main line and 1/4" drops. I rigged it to a 12" piece of poly capped at both ends and drilled 3/32" holes in it where I wanted it to spray. There's a TEE that comes with the pump that has a valve on one side to control the pressure. It works great but it isn't worth the time to build it if you can find something premade you like. I'm using a 27 gallon tote for a reservoir so I can give them juice.

I hope that made sense, I'll get a few pics later.

I have drip tape in the big garden and it should last more than one year without clogging unless you have rust and calcium in the water. Also check the emitters you buy if you go that route, some you can take apart to clean and others are disposable.

Was thinking of getting some of these

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B077RY1R5N/ref=mp_s_a_1_15?ie=UTF8&qid=1526398798&sr=1-15&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=drip+emitters

And some of these

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B074LDWYDN/ref=mp_s_a_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1526398798&sr=1-16&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=drip+emitters

I was planning on running them straight into the 1\2 inch tubing. And maybe have some valves to run different rows at different times if I need to. My main concern is getting tees and valves and elbows that dont match my tubing.
