To be fair, my door leaks a some but not too bad. I don't really worry about it since it holds temps well as it is and there is plenty of vent control to raise or lower temps without worrying about the door. That is, unless yours fits really bad.
But Chris is far more experienced than I am so if he says it works better, it probably does.
