Is there a particular ethnic food, Italian, greek, Viking, etc. perhaps you could find a font that is characteristic to a particular ethnic group.

I was only kidding about the Viking food.

No problem, and the ethic food I love and make is Mexican.

I was trying to find some chile clipart that was semi-high quality for the site as a news header, avatar, footer.

I think it fits. If you can edit the graphic throw a couple of chili peppers on that pizza and it sums it up.

I can, I can also add my own header as long as I make the header background layer the same color as the theme background color.
 
I don't really know why "archives, blogroll and pages are doubled up???

The only other thing I see is the writing in the "recent Articles' is out of the text box which you all ready know...

I think it looks great.

Give me a little time to fix it mate, And I should have my header up there soon!
 
Just move the table to the left a bit, and the other one will move as well, and they should be aligned.
 
In your CSS you have:

Where is says 12, change that to, around 3. See what happens.
