Flavor is pure awesomeness! I'm having the other half of both on Monday for lunch. I'll remember to make note to note flavor.
 
Tonight I had my first Billy Boy Jonah. Crazy hot, and crazy nasty flavor. Acrid was how it tasted to me. Just a hint of red Chinese and then dry acrid nasty.
 
Most prolific chacoense and I think another type of chacoense that hangs out in the greenhouse of a biology professor I know. Both tasted awesome.
 
Deseeded red savina hab diced up in a breakfast burrito my wife made me. Good heat level for that time of morning (tho I probably took out a bit of the placenta while taking out the seeds), but wasn't a huge fan of the flavour. Tasted too similar to orange habs for my liking.

I'll be having a few Tepin x Lemon Drop today with my lunch. They are a perfect combo of fruity, sweet, and heat.
 
In the blender
 
2 Yellow Primo pods
2 large roasted elephant garlic cloves
1 large yellow onion
2 whole limes (peel and all)
1 peeled whole fresh pineapple
1tbs cracked black peppercorn
1tbs sea salt
2 cups tequila blanco
2/7oz can Dole 100% Pineapple juice
Blend very well(fine)
 
4 racks of baby backs have been soaking over night in this wonderful mix
3pm CST they will be laid to rest in 280* post oak wood smoke for 2.5hrs,wrapped and rested another hour at 250*
Homemade Carolina Gold style sauce infused with more yellow primo will round out this wonderfully spicy entree
Grilled butternut squash and asparagus will be the sides
