IMO you need to have the Bhut Jolokia from New Mexico State University Chili Pepper Institute...the current world record holder as of last year...

If you can get any Bih Assam 1 0r 2 there very good to buy hard to find .

Current is the operative word. I think we all know that the 7 and the Scorpion are hotter. At least the ones I have had were.
