Whats up pepper heads?!

Hey ya'll! I figured I would get on here and say howdy.
I was referred to this sight be a member named "chililover." This site is AWESOME! I LOVE it!
Let's see, some info. Name is Sean. I just started out last year growing a couple of peppers. (Jalapeno & serrano.) Grew them from seeds, but in the ground. This year, I decided to get a little more "involved." I dont know if I would classify something as just "involved" if you have gotten as far as building your own soil in the 1st year of growing all things hot!
Right now I have about 7 or 8 types of plants (multiples of each) that I just started hardening off today. I have a solid 10 more or so that are still seedlings, waiting in the wings.
So far I am LOVING this stuff. I cant wait to start actually EATING these peppers!
I figured I would step up my game from the average pepper, since I can no longer get any heat from any kind of jalapeno. When I bought a new jar of pickled jalapenos, and ate about 3/4 of it, and never felt a tinge of heat, I knew that something had to be done. So, I started looking into what else what out there. And lets say its a little bigger than I thought! lol
To date, the hottest pepper I have ever tried is a Scotch Bonnet. Well, thats what the store said that I bought them from. I looked the pics up, and it looked about right. So I assume thats what they were. Good stuff. I have recently made a new recipe for a spicy ranch burger that I will post in a day or two.
Well, that outta be good for now. I need to get to bed. I will have a little more, hopefully some pics, also. I just need to find the stupid cord that I can hook up to my computer. Geez!
'Night ya'll!

If you're still a hot pooper, then you're not eating enough Capsicum chinense; so get with the program, eh?
Welcome from Thailand where spicy is mandatory! ;)
