I just received an anonymous tip about a possible suspect. I will continue to keep you updated concerning "Who farted?" as information becomes available.
 
Crop dusting, as we like to call it in tue restaurant industry.

I like to let a big one out as I'm leaving the walk-in cooler. A little surprise for the next guy who needs something.
