While I haven't hunted pheasant in many years, I have not forgotten my love of them and other small game. I bought two pheasants (cleaned) today and will be posting when the meal is complete. I am sure it will bring many memories back from my childhood, though I will be making a much different recipe from my mom's.

It is still a work in progress. I do have yukon gold's and a head of cabbage that will be a part of it somehow though. This will take shape tomorrow and or Thursday for sure.
