Yeah I bought this fancy smoked bluefish salad once, it had mayo, mandarin oranges, can't remember but yeah... ummm heh. Put me off that fish. LOL.

I like catching bluefish ...
Venison loin grilled just the way I like it, salt and pepper with black beans I made using the bones from the country ham I cooked and topped with garlic chives from the garden...
Looks like a really nice cook on that ...
