It's reaching that point where I'm starting to see a lot of activity from plants, both this season's new starts and the over winters.
The new season's Lanceolatum is chugging along well.
It's surprising how fast these guys develop after such modest beginnings. Just 2 months ago it was this tiny thing.
It's started to bud now, as well.
OW Lance is going into year 4 and pods are starting to ripen. Unfortunately, I left it outside on a tough day, which caused it some pain and shut down production, so there aren't many pods in this round. Plenty of time still for a better round 2 though and I recently cleaned and potted it up in prep.
One of the Texas Rice is a variant, with the flowers more pendant and having a purple border. It showed slightly darker foliage initially, as well, though that's gone away since the transition from T5HO to LED lighting. I was surprised to see one of the Chacoense CAP 501 that just started blooming also has purple rimmed flowers.
OW Rhomboideum has been flowering for a while now.
It's been climbing up the support toward the LED and seems happier the closer it gets - it got a little too close though, and a few leaves were burned. Still happily setting pods, though.
The Flexuosum have all be outside for a while now and are flowering and setting pods. This pic is from the dark purple flowering one.
