I work in San Leandro and that is what it felt like outside the warehouse.
Ah - I like San Leandro. One of the best Chinese restaurants around. Little Nam King has THE best salt & pepper chicken wings anywhere. Yum.
Los Pericos is a great taqueria too.
Come to think of it they have a Sam's Super Burger 1/2 way between those two places. And right down the street is a great carneceria (the seasoned ranchero steak is good but their chorizo is phenomenal!) - and there's also a solid Thai restaurant a little further towards downtown.
Man we're spoiled in this area. lol

Scott, I work off Marina on Fairway so the closest place to eat is La Pinata although I have never been there.
La Piñata is pretty good actually. They have a taco tues (I think - might be thurs) for happy hour. Check it out.

I lived in Holland for 2 years. Winter was 7 months long and everything froze for 3 months of that. The place is flat, so the wind blew from Germany to France and froze you to the bone. That was a brutal 2 years.
