Now that I am floating in experimental beginner territory and have access to plenty of different strains, what are YOUR most favorite peppers to create your hot sauces?
I haven't made a ton of sauces but I made a quick vinegar based sauce with some fresh Tabasco's a few weeks ago....OMG. Next year I'm growing no less than 8 of these babies!
I'm also partial to a strong chinense so scotch bonnets with some bhut jolokia always makes me happy.
