With which peppers are YOUR most favorite to make hot sauce?

Now that I am floating in experimental beginner territory and have access to plenty of different strains, what are YOUR most favorite peppers to create your hot sauces?

i like to use choc habs and bhuts together

Habs and Japs, they have a fantastic flavor together and can be used a ton of different ways, sweet or savory.

Red serranos hands down. They make for an incredible base when they're fermented. 7-pot Douglah are good too, but pretty hot to use as a base.

I haven't made a ton of sauces but I made a quick vinegar based sauce with some fresh Tabasco's a few weeks ago....OMG. Next year I'm growing no less than 8 of these babies!

I'm also partial to a strong chinense so scotch bonnets with some bhut jolokia always makes me happy.
