You know what really grinds my gears? Customers who call at 8:00 pm to complain that the Medium salsa has absolutely no heat. His wife is a chef, and she says the salsa has no heat. BlahBlahblah...and then they hang up before allowing me to respond.
Then he calls back a couple minutes later...again notching about the medium has no heat, and I am supposed to listen to customer's opinions, right? You do test the peppers, don't you? (Uh, no...) well, why not? If you don't test the peppers, how do you know how hot they are? My wife is a chef and she says you need to test the peppers to see how hot they are.
And once again he hang up before I can offer a refund.
Frickin' Dumbass!!!!
