Your favourite variety?

not that i have tried a million varieties, ( or more than 30 really ) i would have to say even though it isn't hot my favorite is pablanos and when dried i love them even more as anchos. i could decimate my entire pablano turned ancho harvest in one sitting.

if it were to be a hot variety then at the moment i would have to say orange hab is near and dear to my heart, i could defiantly find a better hab but it seems to be the best all round chile that can do whatever you want at the moment.

I too can never grow enough poblanos or Anaheims. I especially love them roasted and peeled, and made into sauces or salsas

How to taste ... undoubtedly the Naga Morich ...

Trinidad Congo without a doubt. Eggs without T.C. powder? Ain't happening.

Megamastger71 those are some good looking peppers, thanks.

I can't decide. It depends on the situation. I love Cayenne fresh from the plant or as powder. I love Tabasco as powder especially in Puerco pibil. I love Jalapeno as poppers or in my spaghetti sauce. I love Habanero orange as poppers or in hot sauce. I love Lemon drop in salads, as powder in chocolate cake or on a jelly roll. Could be continued.
