Fade..

I got lazy and was only watering but not inspecting plants...still no white flies, but Tomato Horn worms were doing a lot of damage so be on the lookout. The next ones I find are going on a hook to see if they are a delicacy for Large Mouth or Peacock Bass in the backyard...Those things are devastating if you don't catch them early....

Hi Yann,

I planted some of each of the seeds you sent me but I think I gave the seed tray too much sun and they ended up not making it.
I have been intending to plant some more of the seeds but I have just been very busy lastely with work and keeping up with the plants i have.
Tommorow is a holiday here so perhaps that would be a good time to plant some seeds.

Bossman,

I thanks for the heads up I will keep a look out. So far my problem bugs have been limited to aphids and mites.
I currently spray plants regularly to help keep them pest free. Mites can do devistating damage in a short time.

Patrick,

Thanks, last time i checked i onlt have 1 jonah pod set so far, when others form i will let you know.

Nice plants and harvest Fade, I hope you get plenty more Yellow7s setting for you. They're definitely my favourite too. They look great, smell great, taste great and burn great :hell:

My back yard is becomming a small forest...

For some reason all my 7 pod Jonah pods are ripening smaller than other peppers. Not sure if this is normal

Fatali plant is now about 5 1/2 feet tall.

What a GREAT looking backyard! Man I am SOOOO Jealous!!! Congrats on your plants doing so well and I look forward to seeing HUGE harvests ;) Keep up the good work!

I made my third Harvest of the month so I thought I would take a pic since I have 7 pod's ripening and a good variety of peppers.

Fade, your backyard looks beautiful. I can't wait to have something like that. It feels like it would be amazing just to sit in between all those plants, kick back, and relax :-D

7 pot Jonah aka Evil pepper from hell. This is the hottest pepper I have ever had in my life.
Just one sliver from the middle sent me running for icecream, and I have a pretty good tolorance for heat.

Well since I have more peppers than i know what to do with, I decided to try out Richard's Candied pepper recepie.

Here is phase 1. Will post pic of the final product in a few hours.

I used red savina's and yellow scotch bonnets. They sure smell good!

Wow! So that's the type of numbers you get with a backyard pepper jungle. Amazing Fade. Your 7 Pod Jonah's look like they're packing a serious wollup in a small package. Did they all start out with that darker green?

I can almost smell your candied peppers, those are looking delish. I've got some annuum type Scotch Bonnets that I may have to try this with.

Thanks Kevin and Patrick

The Jonah's have had a unique rippening process i havent seen with the other peppers I have.
They start out kinda dark green then they turn to a dark maroon almost dark purple then go bright dark red.
And they are ridiculously HOT! Trying to figure out a way to use them considering their potency.

OK since you said the syrup was delicious also I'm going to assume the candied peppers were good too? ;)

Thanks Fade.
