    Just joined and looking for some advice

    Made a mango Habanero hot sauce that turned out more like a thin salsa . It is delicious though. Now I've got some Frank's red hot with some ghost peppers simmering in it . Once soft I'll process it and see how spicy it is. Thanks again for all your help.
