That is true. Anything green from the potato plant is poisonous. Granted, it will take a fair amount in order to get any effects. Generally, avoid anything but the potato and the green potatoes.
The black/yellow one tends to draw my eyes towards the text. The other ones just seem to blend together too well. For that reason, I like the black/yellow.
It contains minerals unique to that area. The color is just the color of the mineral that is in the salt. Some people claim they can taste a definite flavor difference, but 4 out of 5 scientists say that this is not possible (as the minerals making up a maximum of 1% of the salt).
