That is true. Anything green from the potato plant is poisonous. Granted, it will take a fair amount in order to get any effects. Generally, avoid anything but the potato and the green potatoes.

The black/yellow one tends to draw my eyes towards the text. The other ones just seem to blend together too well. For that reason, I like the black/yellow.

Everything but the potato itself is poisonous too. Just keep that in mind if you have pets or small children around.

Some worms will turn to eating your roots if they aren't well fed. That could be your problem. They could also be insect larva, unless you are absolutely sure they are earthworms.
