    Growing Chillies for 2013

Hi Mamsoth   I use Westland West + Light and Easy (it's in a dark brown bag) and I add perlite and vermiculite, I never push the compost down tight just pot them loose. I feed them with Growth Technology Chilli Focus. Repotted more plants and moved things around again to give them more space.

    Growing Chillies for 2013

Thanks very much. I do like to keep things very tidy.   I have took the tops out of a few plants to see the difference on 1 cayenne and 1 habanero, The cayenne is a really bushy plant it'll be interesting to see the difference in the yield of pods.

    greenhouse My greenhouse chilli progress

toughened safety glass is much better as you can have it in a full pane where as if you choose horticultural glass which is cheaper it only comes in half size so those full panes you see in my pics would be cut in half, the cheaper glass is much more dangerous if it breaks. The safety glass is...

    Weird scotch bonnet

Hi there, I've been growing various types of chillies in my greenhouse and most seem fine but I've noticed the skin of my scotch bonnets has a cracked effect and some of my jolokia's have it on the very tip. Do the chilli experts here have any idea what could cause this? I grow all my chillies...

Hi there, I live in the UK and have been growing these jolokia plants for some time now, they look nice and healthy big plants but they have dropped their buds a few times.
