My coworker moonlights for a produce distributor. So he brought me 2 flats of strawberries that where going bad. Had a few in each quart that where bad. Got a package of sure gel and followed the instructions. Except I added 6 scotch bonnet s and one scorpion. Ended up with 9 half pints...
After reading all the post about this I had to try it! So I mixed up 2 quarts today and now time to wait. That will be the hardest part

Man this looked so good I had to try it! Made half batch only thing I changed was the peppers. Used peach habaneros and Caribbean red habaneros. Used 12 pods. Taste great sweet then nice warm heat

Anyone been to scotches in Jamaica? Was looking for a recipe to closely match there pepper sauce. The wife and I where there a couple years ago and really liked it.
