    Help identifying leaf issue

Id would personally remove the affected leaves if they bothered me that much, it would stimulate growth anyway.(depends on how many pepper plants u got) But its up to you. You could also see if it persists after that.

    Strawberries.....

Heres a useful link:   http://www.gardening.cornell.edu/fruit/homefruit/5strawberries.pdf   Are your strawberries fine? Yours should be ripe by now, it takes roughly 3-4 weeks to ripen from flower to fruit. If those are Fragaria vesca hybrid/subspecies fruit will be smaller @size of you thumb nail.

    First Pod Size and DNA

i have experienced the opposite, first peppers were huge(first 4 and they had huge seed sacks/deposits) and now they are small, these are thick cayenne peppers. Im assuming this is due to container size, mine are 3 gallons.

    First Ripe Pods (2015)

I made a obvious observation with ripening, the ones that started have a very thick stem/stalk connecting to the mail plant system.

greenhouse Balcony acting like a nasty greenhouse

What materials are the warehouse covers made from? by googling i ended up with polycarbonate but i saw it comes in sheets only but i also noticed that most warehouses wave a film of some kind way way thinner than a sheet. It looks like polyethene to me, is that correct?

greenhouse Balcony acting like a nasty greenhouse

humidity is alright im try to see the progression but it looks constant they wilt in the sun and then the leaves look perfect and stiff.
