Is it much sulphur in your fertilizer? Have you used epsomsalt? I think the black spots at the veines on the last picture is from to much sulphur or other chemicals in the soil, i dont think its bacterial.

Hi, i got some BER on my cracked jalapenos. I have used some calcium nitrate in the soil and some foliar spray with calcium chloride and epsom salt. Its only on the two of my largest plants that are in big plastic bags, not in the smaller potsize jalapenos. Its the same soil on all the plants...

I foliar spray with calcium chloride and epsom salt to give them calcium and magnesium. Calcium nitrate in the soil is also good if it lacks calcium.
