So i had some time today and whipped up a barbeque sauce, got a few pics of it all, ingredients, in the pan and the final product. Now just spoiling for an excuse to get it on some ribs! Definately needed more chilli as well. Actually looking at the pic i think i may have put in a few to many...

I love the ol El Yucateco, its been a brilliant tool for bringing my friends round to spicy (sort of) food. Time to move them on soon to bigger and more most excelent hotness
